What FieldWork is

FieldWork is a field-operations tool used by contracting companies to manage job sites, work completion, and billing records. Accounts are created by your employer or contracting company — there is no public sign-up.

Information we collect

  • Account details — your name, username, and role, entered by your company's administrator.
  • Work records — job addresses, checklist answers, notes, and photos you attach when completing work.
  • Location — when you complete a job, the app records the device's position at submission time so completions can be checked against the job address. Location is not tracked in the background.
  • Technical data — error reports and basic request logs used to keep the service reliable and secure.

How it's used

Solely to provide the service to your company: tracking and verifying field work, producing your company's reports and billing records, and troubleshooting problems. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who it's shared with

Your work records belong to your company and are visible to it. Data is processed by the infrastructure providers that run the service (hosting, database, and error reporting) under their own security commitments. No other sharing.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept as long as your company's account requires — completed work forms part of its billing evidence. To correct or delete your information, ask your company's administrator, or contact us directly.
